1) THESE TERMS: These terms apply to Trainpal’s Easter Sale whereby various offers will be available during the Promotion Period (the “Promotion”). This Promotion is operated by Trainpal B.V., a limited liability company with its address at Hoekenrode 3, 1102 BR Amsterdam (”Trainpal”). By entering this Promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, our general Terms & Conditions (https://www.mytrainpal.com/web-pages/booking-terms-and-conditions.html) and the decisions of Trainpal.

2) PLATFORMS: This Promotion is available on Trainpal App only.

3) PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion starts on 31 March 2025, 00:00:00 BST and ends on 21 April 2025, 23:59:59 BST.

4) ELIGIBILITY: Users must have, or sign up for, a Trainpal account to participate in the Promotion.

5) DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION: a. Daily Offer: Except for 5 April and 12 April, each day between 31 March and 18 April 30 x 20% off promo codes for each UK, Italy and Spain train tickets shall be released at [12:00:00 BST]. b. Saturday Flash Sale: on 5 April and 12 April the following promo codes will be made available (i) 50 x 50% off for each UK, Italy and Spain train tickets, and (ii) 30 x 50% off UK digital Railcards. c. Easter Sale: between 17 April and 21 April the following promo codes will be made available (i) 50 x 50% off for each UK, Italy and Spain train tickets, and (ii) 30 x 50% off UK digital Railcards. d. Instant discount: between 17 April and 19 April, users can enjoy a 4% instant discount on UK and Europe train tickets booking on the TrainPal App.
Eligibility and Activation Requirements for 50% off UK digital Railcards: • 50% off UK digital Railcards are only available to users who have never purchased a Railcard on TrainPal before. Users who meet this criterion can purchase a 50% off UK digital Railcard on the TrainPal App. • To activate the Railcard, users must purchase train tickets on the Trainpal app within 180days. • If the Railcard is not activated in accordance with the above, the Railcard will be refunded to the customer’s account.

6) GENERAL: a. The Promotion is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Only one promo code can be used for each booking. b. Prices are correct at time of publication. However, prices and availability are dynamic and may change from time to time. Please confirm availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions prior to booking. c. Fares may be subject to strict change, cancellation, refund and endorsement conditions. Conditions and policies may vary. Please refer to the relevant policy for details prior to booking.

8) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law: a. Trainpal will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. b. Trainpal reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

9) PROHIBITIONS: You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trainpal reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms.

10) CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: These terms are governed by the law of Netherlands, and the courts of Netherlands will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
