Due to the approaching May 1st, Labor Day, we will have a 5-day holiday. Now, we would like to inform you of the order shipping arrangements and related service matters during the May Day holiday as follows:
I. Holiday Time
The holiday will last for 5 days from May 1st (Thursday), 2025, to May 5th (Monday), 2025.
II. Order Processing Instructions
Orders placed on or before April 29th (inclusive): We will complete the shipment before April 30th (Tuesday). Please pay attention to the update of the logistics information. If you haven't received the tracking number, you can contact service@wanbo.cn for an inquiry.
Orders placed on or after April 30th (inclusive): They will be processed and shipped in sequence starting from May 6th (Tuesday). We will upload the tracking number to your order within 3 days after shipment. Please keep an eye on the logistics information in a timely manner. If you haven't received the tracking number, you can contact service@wanbo.cn for an inquiry. Due to the impact of the holiday, there may be a delay in logistics distribution. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
