Funziona bene, facile installazione. Nel mio caso Windows 11 pro era già installato ma è stato necessario scaricare tutti i driver del pc perché potesse funzionare meglio.

Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte e il prezzo contenuto può essere aggiornato è silenzioso e performante.

All aspects of Win11 Pro work perfectly including updates installations and graphics. I use it for streaming into my LG OLED. Works way better than the included bloatware in the TV and the useless remote. The TV is basically a monitor fed by this computer and a wireless mouse. 4K 60Hz HDMI works perfectly. You get what you pay for and this one is worth it.

The Bosgame Mini PC (model U58) has a simple and clean design with satin gunmetal grey finish. It is very compact and doesn't take up much space on your desk. It does come pre-loaded Windows 11 Pro. The Bosgame Mini PC doesn't have a bunch of bloatware installed, besides some app like Disney+, Minecraft Education Edition and some other games being pre-installed.

The S3 comes with a 8-cores, 16-threads Ryzen 7 5800U processor with base clock of 1.9GHz that turbos up to 4.4GHz. While the Ryzen 7 5800U is already 2 years old already, having been released on 2021, it is still a powerful CPU with integrated Radeon graphics. With 16GB of DDR4 RAM, the Bosgame is fully capable of running productivity apps and general computing tasks like web browsing and videos very well. The fast 512GB NVMe SSD is fast and booting to Windows and using it feels fast and responsive. The Radeon RX Vega integrated graphics is suitable for gaming (more on this later). I benchmarked the S3 and got the following results:

For a ultra-compact mini PC, these numbers are impressive. The Bosgame is very responsive in general usage with only minor slow-downs when doing more intensive CPU and GPU bound tasks. I benchmarked the SSD storage with Crystal Disk Mark, getting the following results:

The SSD performance is great and doesn't feel like performance was compromised by squeezing components into a mini PC format. For ports, the Bosgame has 2 HDMI (4K@60Hz) ports, 2 USB 3.2 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, a USB-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack on front, and Gigabit Ethernet port. I connected the Bosgame Mini PC to my Samsung 4K monitor and 60Hz was supported and also connected to my 2.5K@120Hz portable monitor, and 120Hz was supported. The Bosgame was very capable for video playback, streaming 4K60p videos from YouTube with no issues.

For gaming, the integrated Radeon graphics is very capable. I installed Steam and Xbox Game Pass and games in my library played remarkably well at 1080p at low. Dirt Showdown was able to run at a solid 110fps at 1080p at low settings. Also tried Dirt Rally 2.0 and was getting 50-60fps at 1080p low with V-sync on. With Halo Infinite on Xbox Game Pass, the game is playable at 1080p with low settings with some occasional stutters, which is not great for multiplayer. I also tried Forza Horizon 5 was also playable but only getting around 30fps at 1080p low with dips down to 25fps. Bumping it down to very low settings helped a bit but still not getting 60fps and was hovering between 35-50fps, but is still playable. To get 60fps, would need to set resolution to 720p. For such a compact PC, it plays older games quite well at 1080p low but will struggle with the newer titles. The Bosgame case got warm but not hot when running the benchmarks, so fan appears to be doing adequate job of dissipating heat. Downside with Bosgame Mini PC is the fan can get loud under load and when gaming.

In summary, The Bosgame Mini PC is a responsive, and great performing mini PC that has good specs, powerful CPU and excellent gaming performance for a mini PC. It is great for general computing tasks, office and productivity apps, streaming 4K videos and 3D gaming.

Powerful CPU and integrated graphics, 1080p gaming at low

The Bosgame Mini PC (model U58) has a simple and clean design with satin gunmetal grey finish. It is very compact and doesn't take up much space on your desk. It does come pre-loaded Windows 11 Pro. The Bosgame Mini PC doesn't have a bunch of bloatware installed, besides some app like Disney+, Minecraft Education Edition and some other games being pre-installed.

The S3 comes with a 8-cores, 16-threads Ryzen 7 5800U processor with base clock of 1.9GHz that turbos up to 4.4GHz. While the Ryzen 7 5800U is already 2 years old already, having been released on 2021, it is still a powerful CPU with integrated Radeon graphics. With 16GB of DDR4 RAM, the Bosgame is fully capable of running productivity apps and general computing tasks like web browsing and videos very well. The fast 512GB NVMe SSD is fast and booting to Windows and using it feels fast and responsive. The Radeon RX Vega integrated graphics is suitable for gaming (more on this later). I benchmarked the S3 and got the following results:

For a ultra-compact mini PC, these numbers are impressive. The Bosgame is very responsive in general usage with only minor slow-downs when doing more intensive CPU and GPU bound tasks. I benchmarked the SSD storage with Crystal Disk Mark, getting the following results:

The SSD performance is great and doesn't feel like performance was compromised by squeezing components into a mini PC format. For ports, the Bosgame has 2 HDMI (4K@60Hz) ports, 2 USB 3.2 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, a USB-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack on front, and Gigabit Ethernet port. This little mini PC (Ryzen 7 5800U version) packs a punch, but of course being something utilizing integrated graphics the grunt it can pack when it comes to gaming (since it is sold as a gaming PC) is somewhat limited. But this isn't to say that it cannot game! Lower the settings and you can get things rolling quite well and there are also a whole slew of Steam games that can be played with no issues. In most games that aren't too demanding there are still going to be moments where it lags, but lowering the graphical settings from medium usually relieves this problem altogether.

So performance aside, there are also a lot of little naggles that are due to Windows 11 itself so the entire setup time might take quite a bit of trial and error and prolonged usage, but aside from the wireless drivers being iffy at the start there wasn't too much problems. That wireless driver can/will be super problematic at the start to please keep that in mind!!

And the physical PC itself is pretty nice too. Despite the really small case and the included hardware you can see add one 2.5" SATA SSD inside. The RAM can also be upgraded though the two slots are populated so you cannot simply add a new stick, you'll have to replace the two. But the fact that the CPU, SSD and RAM are all commonly known branded items is a great source of relief.

When it comes to the I/O I think most everything required is there. The USB-C also works for outputting displays too with a dongle or adapter. I do find the USB-A ports a little close to one another, with some types of USB cables with thicker casing causing compatibility problems. I suppose this is normal since the case is compact.

While in use the fan works hard but the volume isn't too bad in my opinion. It ramps up and down as required. The sound levels are pretty similar to a laptop but perhaps a little bit more? As a tabletop computer you'll definitely hear it but it is very bearable. Not only that even playing games on it I have yet to have it overheat with an extra SATA SSD added in.

Of course, in my opinion I think this PC shines best as something like a media center PC. It can be mounted behind a TV or monitor (although typically more TVs since monitors tend to not have their VESA mounts exposed while on a stand), which would not only take up little to no extra room but also makes the noise even less perceivable.

Overall, I think this is a pretty neat little PC. The price is pretty fair, performance is decent and it is just really nice to have such a small footprint for some use case scenarios. Once again, despite it being sold as a gaming PC I don't think it should necessarily be treated as one. Perhaps for casual gaming. But as a casual gaming PC it also works well for some degree of productivity and makes this a great contender to turn your TV or monitor into a pseudo all-in-one computer.
