    The first headset I received was defective so I contacted Amazon who quickly provided return/shipping instructions and sent another one. I received the 2nd headset the next day and it worked perfectly! I shipped the defective headset back using a prepaid label that was provided by Amazon. I printed up the shipping label, followed the instructions and dropped it off at my post office. The headset cushion is soft and very comfortable. The headband is strong enough to hold the ear cushions over your ears comfortably and not cause any pain. You have to download the headset drivers as indicated in the instructions. Once the file is downloaded, you need to extract the file, so you need to download an app that would unzip the file( I used Breezip). It will provide a short set of instructions that you need to follow. Once completed you need to restart the computer. You will be able to access the headset sound system control panel by clicking on the Konix 7.1 by going to windows button and locate the Konix 7.1 icon.. You can adjust the volume of the headset using the dial on the left (in the back)headset. The sound is crisp and clear. I didn't notice any static noise. Overall I'm very happy with the product and the speedy service provided by Amazon! Thanks!

    Great headphones!
    Music is meh... but gaming is really great
    Looks cool, and the vibrations aren't that strong but not weak either, however it suffers soo much at the highest volume with alot of bass. Comfortable to wear for a long period of time.
    Tho' the shipping took 2 months and no one called, it turned out that the problem is my city's post office and the package actually arrived in 1 month to my city and just stayed there, also excusable since it arrived in the middle of the covid-19 situation.
    4 stars for the price cuz the sound is not worth that much.

    Normalerweise sollte man bei günstigen Headsets aufpassen, von diesem bin ich jedoch angenehm überrascht. 7.1 scheint zu funktionieren, wenn hinten ein Geräusch ist beim zocken meint man wirklich es wäre so.

    Die Auflagen sind weich und die Ohren gehen komplett hinein, sehr angenehm zu tragen.

    Nicht wie bei den meisten anderen die man nur 30 Minuten tragen kann, dieses kann man Stundenlang aufbehalten.

    Reçu, ce jour. USB direct, il correspond à toutes mes attentes. Un son en gamer, musique et autres qui décoiffe. Les avantages. Le code de jeu, fonctionne bien. Pour un débutant avoir un char A-33 Excelsior niveau 5, c'est un excellent début. Et de plus il en jette, avec son éclairage orange. La mollette de son, discrète, grand confort des écouteurs. Il faut juste allez dans vos paramètre de jeu, pour des réglages simple avec test. Mega Casque..
