If you were trying to make a purchase, please check the "Your Orders" section of Your Account to confirm that the order was placed. If the order contains items that haven't yet entered the dispatch process, you'll be able to modify your delivery and invoicing information, cancel items from the order and much more.

In the case of items ordered from sellers other than Amazon.co.uk (such as our Marketplace sellers), you must contact the seller to arrange for any changes or returns. You'll find such items--along with links to sellers--in the "Open and recently dispatched orders" section of "Where's My Stuff?" in Your Account.
